When I go the PanoPress Settings, if I select “Use WordPress upload folder (ontent/uploads)“, the “Folder Path is define as “ontent/uploads“. “wp-c” is missing! “Folder does not exist” appears beside the Folder Path field.
No matter what I type in the field, I always have Folder does not exist”
Any Idea?November 5, 2012 at 5:45 pm #1687

we need to see a link to your site and a direct link to a pano you are trying to embed as explained in the FAQ
IMPORTANT – Please include ALL of the following information in your post if you are reporting a problem with PanoPress

- Have you tried disabling other WordPress plugins and using the default WordPress theme ?
- A link to a live page on your site demonstrating the problem
- A working, direct link to your panorama outside of WordPress
- An example of the shortcode that is failing
- What panorama player are you are using (Krpano, Pano2VR, PanoTour Pro, etc) ?
- What versions of PanoPress and WordPress are you using ?
I have same problem : folder doesn’t exist.
url of tour : http://www.immoprofil.fr/WordPress3/wp-content/uploads/visite_virtuelle/360.html
upload folder : wordpress3/wp-content/uploads
page url : http://immoprofil.fr/nos-realisations/
shotcode used :
pano file="visite_virtuelle/360.html" width="900" height="500"]
WordPress Version 3.6.
PanoPress Version 1.1
Panotour pro Version 1.8
All plugins disabled…
What did I miss ?
Thank you for your help !

your URL contains upper case characters “WordPress3”, but your upload folder path “wordpress3” does not
change the upload folder path so it matches the case of the actual name of the directory on your site and everything should work as expected
