I recently bought this 360 kit for immersive video: shop.360heros.com/H3PRO6-360-VIDEO-360-HEROS-360-VIDEO-PLAYER-p/soft-360tempkrp1.htm.
Since I want to embed videos made with that program and customized for that theme on my WordPress site I found your plugin.
I’ve installed it and I’ve tried to link the shortcode to the .swf, the .html and the .xml that the program provided, but it didn’t work.
I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins and the theme using the standard one, deleting cache but still not visualize all that’s suppose to.
I’ve checked the settings and made sure the link to my ftp folder was written properly.
I’m starting to consider the possibility of a compatibility issue between the pack and the plugin, is that possible?
Thank you for the assistance,

otherwise we would need to see a link to a working panorama and a wordpress page with an embed that is not working on your site to understand what might be going wrong, see the help guide for details

I did read the two guides you linked me before writing you and I made sure I didn’t made any of the common mistakes pointed out.
I’m attaching you the video folder structure that the program generated and the plugin settings.
I’ll bring you some examples:
At this link you can see the plugin I’m using
it’s loading some flash generated .swf files in which the video has been mounted on a sphere:
Here it was used the PanoPress plugin linking to files generated by the krpano program: http://www.filmakingfarm.it/panopress
The files are located in this ftp folder of the site:
I’ve asked more infos to the person appointed of video making and found out that they did not buy the HTML5 licence, I’m therefore wondering if that could be the cause of the visualization error.
Is there some base settings in the program that uncked corrupt the plugin functioning?
Thanks for the help,

we really need to see a direct link to a working panorama hosted on your site to understand what might be going wrong here
the only direct link i can figure out from your panopress post is this
which displays an XML loading error, since the pano link is not working in the first place panopress would not work either of course
(also, panorama and other media files like video etc should be kept in wp-content/uploads, NOT wp-content/themes, your media files could be accidentally deleted by a theme update if kept in themes folder !)
you must first create and upload to your server a working panorama and confirm that it works on its own before embedding with panopress
js and html5 are not important here, panopress will work fine without them
