    have you installed CuTy ?

see the qtvr section on the instructions page

    http://www.panopress.org/instructions/

QTVR .mov files are displayed using flash (no HTML5) using Aldo Hoeben’s CuTy

to use QTVR .mov files with panopress you must download CuTy from this site –

    http://fieldofview.com/projects/cuty

and install it in your panopress folder on your server like this

    wp-content/plugins/panopress/flash/cuty.swf

    PanoPress WordPress plugin QTVR

WordPress does not allow us to include CuTy due to Cuty using a different license model than WordPress accepts for plugin included files

CuTy only works with single node cubic qtvr files with no hotspots etc, see the CuTy documentation for more info

most likely your qtvr file is somehow not compatible with CuTy

can you post a direct link to your qtvr .mov file and the wp page where the embed is failing ?

otherwise, qtvr is unfortunately a dead format since like 2007, you would be much better off converting your panos to a more modern html5 format using Pano2VR etc

flash (and thus CuTy) is on its way out now too (flash was banned from firefox last week), HTML5 panos are your best bet for compatibility with modern browsers and devices

    Hi Sam,

I have uploaded the plugin and CuTy and can’t get QTVRs to work, maybe they have compressed headers or are not single note, is it possible to post the path to your (very beautiful) Damascus Gate so I can test my set up using that link or file. Thanks
