Plugin has been working fine for months and now all of a sudden my Iphone drops out as soon as the pano page is accessed. Internet explorer 11 loads up until around 85% and then goes blank. Chrome, Firefox, Opera all work fine. Have tried different themes, have turned off all plugins except for PanoPress. I have a number of 360 x 180 on my website http://vasicom.com see http://vasicom.com/360180-photos/. All having the same issues with IE and Iphone.
Not sure if this will help. This is the code on my page for my Barcelona Harbor.
Deleted PanoPress and re installed still have the problem.

have you confirmed that your panoramas are working properly on their own on your iphone & IE via direct link as below ?
barcelona harbor pano works fine on my iphone 5s for example, both directly and in the embed in your above post
note that there may be some issues with various versions of pano2vr & krpano html5 vs various iphone models and browsers etc and/or IE, make sure you are using the latest version of pano player and ios and device and browser etc for best results, check your panoramas player’s documentation and forums for more info
also note that panopress works best with full page panoramas, the pano page linked above also contains text and maps etc, which may cause embeds to not display as expected, note the clipped nav area in the above embed

Thank you for your reply.
I made every effort to get PanoPress working and was unsuccessful and have no interest in getting into programing and decided to take the easy way out.
I installed Garden Genome Package “GGPKG”and it seems to work in IE, Chrome, Firefox. It does not work in Opera and I am unable to test it in Safari since Apple no longer supports Safari in PC applications. Apple iPhone works fine and other Apple applications seem to work just fine. Unable to test with other smartphones since I do not have access to any.
Again thank you for your time and effort.

I have also problems with IPHONE & IPAD in my web http://www.galicia360.com with Krpano, scenarios do not look now. I followed the instructions you indicate Sam, disabling plugins, but still not working.
Any other solution?

as explained in the PanoPress Help Guide, we need to see more info to understand what might be going wrong, direct link to working pano, example of how you are using the shortcode, confirm you have tested with default wordpress theme etc etc
however, it seems that you are embedding your panos as either swf (which will not work with html5, or course) or xml, try embedding .html file if .xml is giving you problems

I’ve the same problem.
iPhone and iPad are droping out. Shuting down the browser and turning to home screen.
I’ve tried both xml and html, chrome and safari… same result.
in PC and Android it works well..
I’ve installed a clean wordpress
used the following most simple codes:

how did you do it?July 7, 2014 at 9:30 pm #2925
I see that people are still having problems with panopress as I did. I took the easy way out and installed Pano2vr. What seemed to make everything work was getting the Max Screen Size and Cube Face Size right so that the applications can swallow all the data. Now this may apply as well to Panopress but I found Pano2vr was all I needed. Just install all the data generated and then put the html file in. See https://ggnome.com/wiki/HTML5_Output_Settings_(Pano2VR)#Mobile_Tab and scroll down to Mobil Tab and get the sizes that will work with most of the applications affected.
Be aware that I have done very little with 360 X 180 photos for about six months. This is strictly a hobby for me and not a serious business so I spend very little time with these applications and they seem to change daily.
I hope this helps, just dot your I’s and cross your T’s and you will get it to work.
