I need a unique .swf file to be shown by panopress for each post. What is the best way to do it? I thought about custom fields and shortcodes, but I couldn’t nest the custom field shortcode inside the panopress shortcode to get it to work.

to insert wordpress custom field values into panopress (or any other shortcode) , try putting something like this in your theme template files

in the above example, “MY_CUSTOM_FIELD” should be the name of your custom field, of course

PS – i edited the title of this topic for clarity

Woah it works. Thanks Sam! I’m slowly learning the workings of wordpress through finding help like this lol.

I have now put your code into another widget that runs php, so I can move panopress with linked swf just like any other widget.
