I am using the Panopress plugin to show interactive panoramas on my site. I have used it on several sites without problems, but I have some problems making it work 100% with the popular Avada theme.
When you right click in a panorama it is possible to choose “Fullscreen”, but it does not work. Could this be cause by some setting in the theme or can it a setting on my computer that prevents fullscreen from working?March 28, 2013 at 11:23 pm #2122
that is nothing to do with panopress or your theme, adobe removed support for fullscreen switch from context menu 9 months ago
if you check your panoramas outside of panopress you will see that fullscreen does not work from context menu there either, unless you are running a version of flash prior to 11.3.300.271, if you have that or a later version of flash it will not work with fullscreen right click in versions of krpano up to 1.08.15
BUT, just today, klaus released a major update Krpano 1.16 with a workaround to re-enable right-click fullscreen with recent versions of flash, plus webGL support for HTML5, etc 🙂

Thanks a lot for the info…and how stupid of me not to check with KrPano first :p

Sorry to hijack this thread but I have a problem with fullscreen button disappearing from my tour too.
I use latest krpano 1.16
In the Panopress lightbox there is no fullscreen button in the skin, if you load the tour.html directly, there is such button? Am I doing something wrong?

i see the fullscreen button on the -pano on that page, but it does not work
but it works ok on the direct link
how are you using the shortcode, can you post the code as it is on your site ?
post here w a space after 1st bracket like this so it will not render an embed
[ pano file=””]
also noted your pano is set to prefer html5 on desktop, that may be a factor too

Thank you Sam, html5=auto fixed the problem ( I now see the fullscreen button in the skin and it works, at least on PC)! I don’t know why it was on prefer, at least I didn’t change any defaults. Krpano is very fiddly but renders sharper panos than Pano2VR unfortunately…

html5=prefer is the new default w krpano 1.16, may be advantageous for some situations, webgl etc which i have not really tested yet at all
thanks for the report and feedback, we will look to provide better compatibility for html5 on desktop in these situations in an upcoming release of panopress
