To embed panoramas from 360cities, you need to grab the link out of the embed code and use it like this with PanoPress, note the trailing slash “/” –

Web panoramas exported direct from PTGui via “Publish to Website…” may be used by uploading all required files to your server via ftp and embedding with PanoPress as .html file
